Terms of Service — 22STUDIO

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at 22studio.co and the services provided by 22STUDIO Anonim Şirketi ("22STUDIO", "we", "us") (the "Service"). By accessing the site or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

22STUDIO provides internal AI agent systems and analytics for marketing intelligence. The Google Ads API integration is currently in development and is not yet available. 22STUDIO does not currently access or store Google Ads data through this integration.

The planned scope includes AI-assisted advertising analysis, keyword research, performance reporting, and marketing automation. Read-only access is planned first; campaign, budget, and bid changes are not implemented.

When available, access to Google Ads data will be available only after an account owner grants permission through Google OAuth. Features, scope, and availability may change. Descriptions on this website are not a commitment to provide a feature that is not yet available.

3. Google services and authorization

Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. 22STUDIO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Google services is governed by your agreement with Google.

When the integration is available, you may authorize 22STUDIO to access a Google Ads account only if you own that account or have been given authority to manage it. The permissions you grant define the scope of access. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Authorized use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts you are entitled to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, Google's terms and policies, and any agreements that apply to the accounts you connect.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

access accounts or data without authorization, or attempt to do so;
circumvent access controls, permissions, or usage limits;
introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
use the Service to violate the law or the rights of a third party;
resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
use the Service or its outputs to misrepresent an affiliation with Google or with 22STUDIO.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access, and for notifying us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access or use. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the Service and for reviewing its outputs before relying on them.

7. Intellectual property

The website, the 22STUDIO name and brand, and the systems, software, and content we provide are owned by 22STUDIO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you no ownership rights in the Service. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party services, including Google APIs and hosting infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, or changes to their interfaces.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

Analytics and recommendations are informational. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and they do not guarantee any particular outcome. Data obtained from third-party services may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 22STUDIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, if access poses a security or legal risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to the service and terms

We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
